Okay the much awaited pictures.... This is actually a picture of a new

So today I went to the Parade of Homes with the love of my life Leslie

poo bear love muffin. Haha Yes I am cheesy. I saw some really

coolthings there today but I was overall dissapointed. They upped

theadmission prices from last year.. but one of the houses was well.

Amazing. If I could pick and choose my houes I know what would be in it

exactly.... But if anyone wants to lend me a cool 10 mil then I will be

happy. Anyways below are some pictures from what I liked at the parade.

There seemed to be a HUGE water theme this year and a couple of the

houses were pretty much a replica of John Laing Homes parade home last

year... Pathetic.

So as of July 21st in 2005 I started body building.

My goals for this are basically just to have a lower body fat percentage (8-10) which is pretty much competition percentage and just have overall good health.

Anyways, I went and bought a scale that measures body fat and it looks like I have a lot of running to do ha. But I have a good base to build off of. My body measurements are close to a lot of people who have been building for over a year.

Stats:

As Of - August 1st, 2005 (started working out July 21st, 2005)
Age 19
Height 5'11"
165lbs
16.7% body fat
Biceps - 13.75 in
Forearm - 12 in
Waist 32.5 in
Chest 40.25 in
Leg 23.5 in
Neck 14.5 in

I would like to see my body fat percentage come down drastically in the next month or two.

My daily supplements I have started taking are:

Lipo 6 (Two when I awake, Two at 5:00 Daily)
One A Day, Mens Health Formula (One when I awake Daily)

Vitamin C 1000mg tabs (One when I awake Daily)

I really do hope this will workout well allowing me enough time to rest and all that good stuff so I can build some massive muscle.

So I had thought that asians couldn't tan because I was using a tanning bed a high intensity one (a booth actually) and I was using it for the maximum amount of time and I was not tanning!??!?!

But I soon learned that you have to use a tanning booth time after time before you see immediate results. It's not like if you go out in the sun for a day you automatically get tan. How weird.

Anyways, It's my birthday today. I got a bunch of golf clubs for my new hobby from my rents, my girlie girl got me this pimp ass radio/armband/weather/tv thing for my workouts at the gym which have been going very well.

Some weird bitch kept checking me out at the gym... It was semi dis concerting and creepy at the same time because she was old and tried to hit on me. I ended up going tanning and being like um yeah bye.

Once again IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! I'm 19.

So I guess you could call today a MARVELOUS day.

Anyways, I picked up a gym membership at Anytime Fitness because the only time I have to workout is late at nights. It's a secure building with keycards, cameras, tv's and the whole works. They also have a boxing ring inside, all the workout machines anyone could ever need, and TANNING. I'm going to be so dark im excited. It's time for my ass to get back into shape.

I also went to hit a couple golf balls with one of my co-workers Danny. This was the first time I had ever swung a club... and well I can drive that mother fucking ball further then I knew. The first time I swung the club was practically perfect it went up, up, up and away. About a good 300-350 yards. Not bad for my first swing and the day kept getting better from there. I never realized how many muscles one uses in golf.. or how fun it was.

Then we all went to dinner with my parents which was just awkward. I haven't eaten with my parents in over a year. I try to act differently around them because they are so judgemental. The waiter we had also royally sucked balls. He was rude when it was busy. Which really is when he should have his best attitude.
